Master Your Sales Game with ACD's New Sales Academy

Launched in response to member feedback, this is the first time we've ever offered a comprehensive 12-month program centered purely on sales training.

This training targets everyone from sales reps to managers, heads of sales departments, or those in business development – and is ideal for ACD members interested in elevating their performance or developing techniques to help their entire team deliver consistent results in this challenging economic environment.

Participants will initially complete Sandler’s TalentIQ assessment, which provides a comprehensive analysis of your existing sales setup and identifies areas of improvement, with a personalized development guide and sales-specific tools for managers.

You will then be invited to attend a full day of in-person training conveniently located at the Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport in Chicago, Illinois on June 18, 2024.

The highly engaging, interactive training will not only offer practical ways of unlocking sales opportunities and engaging more effectively with prospects but will also reveal secrets to maximize your sales potential.

In addition, there will be five separate 90-minute Virtual Essentials Training sessions scheduled via Engageli, as well as another four monthly online Reinforcement sessions. These small, intimate sessions will provide plenty of opportunities for Q&A.

While the Virtual Essentials meetings continue to build on the curriculum that you started in the one-day training, the Reinforcement sessions are based on more individualized real-life scenarios.

Everyone who enrolls will also receive a full year’s worth of access to Sandler’s comprehensive library of webinars and training materials.
