Learning On the Go: ACD U Mobile App Brings Courses to Your Fingertips

Users of our dedicated training portal, ACD U, now have access to a powerful new companion app, giving them full access to their courses while on the move.

Available for both iOS and Android, the ACD U mobile app is free to download and delivers a seamless online learning experience directly to your cell phones and tablets. All you need to do is log in with your existing MyACD credentials and you can continue learning wherever you are.

“The new app was launched this summer and provides a lot more functionality for ACD U users,” says Gayle Ogletree, Coordinator, Education at ASK Distribution Consulting. “Everyone now has easy access to an app on their mobile devices, allowing them to continue progress on their ACD U courses, download certificates, and access transcripts and videos – just as they can from their desktop computers.”

“This useful new tool is easy to use and convenient, particularly if you’re out on the road and want to continue your training but aren’t able to access your laptop,” continues Ogletree.

To unlock this great new functionality, head to the Apple or Google Play Store and search for the Go.Learn mobile app developed by Docebo. Once installed, you’ll just need to enter ACD’s unique platform URL to gain access to our platform where you can log in with your MyACD username and password.

The app allows you to access your educational resources any time, no matter where you are. From the main landing page, users can view courses and learning plans to begin learning or continue their progress. Upon completion of a course, there’s also a handy option to download, print, and share your certificate directly from the app – ideal for when you’re offsite visiting customers or working remotely.

ACD is committed to supporting continuous improvement and professional development, providing the tools and resources so members can learn key skills that help them improve performance and productivity, adds Donadoni. ACD U is powered by ACD’s recently launched third-party LLC, ASK Distribution Consulting, which stands for Auditing, Safety, Knowledge.

Earlier this year, ACD U’s learning management system (LMS) platform underwent a complete revamp, offering members an easier-to-use interface, improved accessibility, and several great new features. It is now even easier to register and browse the ever-growing catalog of over 200 training courses.

The LMS boasts a customized landing page from which you can access your own unique selection of courses and learning plans, track progress with detailed analytics and updates, and view course transcripts. A particularly useful function is having the option to download and share completion certificates – perfect for when you need to show your accreditation to supervisors or turn them in for compliance purposes.
