Final Chance to Secure Your Place at the Western Region Meeting

Still deliberating on whether to join fellow Alliance members and a selection of fantastic speakers at our 2024 Western Region Meeting next week from April 8-9, 2024?

Well, this is your last chance to register for what is always a truly enjoyable event – a few days of presentations and invaluable networking opportunities.

Recognizing just how busy our members’ schedules are, we’re excited to have refreshed and relaunched this year’s Western Region Meeting by moving it from our usual destination of Hawaii to Las Vegas, Nevada for the first time. Now, it’s more convenient and even easier to access, while maintaining the same great programming.

ACD’s Regional Meetings provide members with a unique chance to come together with friends and colleagues, share in some excellent education and commentary from a selection of handpicked industry experts, and enjoy some much-needed downtime.

This year, we’ve responded to member feedback and slightly condensed the program to prioritize three frequently-requested topics: how best to deal with stress and pressure in the workplace; important sales principles to help boost your bottom line; and how to unlock the potential of digital.

The meeting will get into full swing on Monday afternoon with a golf outing, followed by an informal Welcome Reception as a chance to meet and catch up with colleagues.

On Tuesday, the first of the keynotes, Paula Davis-Laack of the Stress & Resilience Institute, will deliver some actionable strategies to avoid stress and manage burnout. It’s a welcome return for her, having presented to our latest cohort of Emerging Leaders last year. This time around, her interactive session will examine the differences between burnout and stress, the main causes of them, and her recommendations on how to build motivation and engagement amongst your team.

Next, Daryl Burgess of Sandler will explore the secrets behind elevating your mindset, behaviors, and selling skills. He will consider the key concepts that will help you embrace opportunities, overcome obstacles, and engage with the right people – providing some valuable takeaways you’ll be able to implement immediately.

The afternoon concludes by looking at Challenges to Digital Transformation in the Distribution Space – a very pertinent topic right now. Hosted by ACD’s Joseph Donadoni, Senior Vice President, Development, he will be talking with Charlie Beall of Knowde about how embracing digitalization can benefit your business and better position you for future growth.

The meeting will conclude with an evening Networking Reception and Dinner at the hotel and a final chance to network before everyone heads back to their busy schedules.

Registration is now open and seats are still available. Visit the webpage to view the full agenda, or for any questions, contact the meetings team at meetings@acd-chem.com or email Tracey Pierce, ACD’s Vice President, Meetings and Events, at tpierce@acd-chem.com.
