NACD Welcomes Joe Donadoni as Senior Vice President, Development

 

Arlington, VA –Today, the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD) announced the addition of Joe Donadoni as Senior Vice President of Development. In this role, he will oversee NACD’s membership and Responsible Distribution programs, develop and execute strategic approaches enhancing the Association’s online education programs, and will  manage the development team. 

“Our members have faced significant obstacles over the last few years and have looked to NACD to share insight and analysis helping them navigate these challenges,” said Lucinda Schofer, Chief Operating Officer of NACD. “As we look to continue growing our membership across the chemical distribution supply chain, Joe will play an integral role in driving NACD membership programs, including our cornerstone program NACD Responsible Distribution®, partnerships across our sector, and educational opportunities. He brings a wealth of knowledge to this role, including a proven record of diverse project management and a strong operational mindset that will help our members and our organization stay competitive in an increasingly global economy.”

Most recently, Joe served as the chief of Membership and Business Development for the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS), where he oversaw significant growth in the association’s membership and the launch of new membership categories.

Prior to joining DISCUS, Joe was Director of Business Development for AdvaMed, the largest medtech trade association in the U.S., where he was responsible for member recruitment and retention. Before that, Joe spent 12 years with Citigroup in a variety of sales and leadership positions.
