ACD Applauds Senate Confirmation of Sean Duffy to Serve as Department of Transportation Secretary

Arlington, VA. –Today, Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD) President and CEO Eric R. Byer released the following statement after the U.S. Senate voted to confirm former U.S. Representative Sean Duffy as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT):

“ACD applauds the U.S. Senate for swiftly confirming Sean Duffy to serve as Secretary of Transportation. Ahead of Mr. Duffy’s confirmation hearing, ACD and American Chemistry Council sent a letter of support to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation.
