Arlington, VA –Today, Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD) President and CEO Eric R. Byer announced the promotion of Brian Callahan to serve as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs.

Brian will oversee both the legislative and regulatory departments of the Alliance. He previously served as ACD’s Vice President of Legislative Affairs. He joined ACD in 2021, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous role as Government Affairs Manager at the National Safety Council. Additionally, Brian spent a decade working on global education policy for various nonprofit organizations. He began his professional career in Washington, D.C., as an intern for Congresswomen Jackie Speier (D-CA).
