Arlington, VA – Today, the Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD) announced the results of its election for incoming officers and directors to ACD’s Board of Directors following its 2024 Annual Meeting in La Quinta, California.
“We are thrilled to welcome each of these established professionals into their new role on the Board of Directors, including our very first female Chair Megan Gluth, Esq.,” said Eric R. Byer, ACD President and CEO. “Each member brings unmatched experience that will serve us well in advocating for the industry and its continued growth. ACD is thankful for the leadership of outgoing Chairman Edward Boss of Riteks, Inc., who ushered us into a new – and important – era to not only better reflect and serve the more diversified set of companies we represent, but to also future-proof the organization as the industry evolves. Members of the Executive Committee will serve two-year terms, the Directors-at-Large will hold their positions for three years, and the Regional Directors-at-Large will hold their positions for either one- or two-year terms. The newly elected 2025 ACD Board of Directors are:

The above individuals possess the qualifications required by Article VIII, Section 2 of the ACD Bylaws. Article XI, Section 2 of the Bylaws provides that “Additional nominations for Officers and Directors-at-Large may also be made by the membership when endorsed with the names of not less than ten members of the Association and received by the President at least twenty (20) days prior to the annual meeting of the Association, for immediate transmittal by him to the members."
