NACD Congratulates Secretary Chao on U.S. Senate ConfirmationToday, NACD issued the following statement on Elaine Chao’s confirmation in the Senate as the new Secretary of the U.S. Department of Transportation: “NACD congratulates the new Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao on her swift confirmation by the U.S. Senate to head up the Department of Transportation. Her extensive experience in government as Labor Secretary under the George W.
