Rep. Hultgren Tours Producers Chemical Company in Sugar Grove

Today, Producers Chemical Company opened its doors to Rep. Randy Hultgren (R-IL) at its Sugar Grove facility to show him the value and safety of chemical distribution companies that participate in programs like NACD Responsible Distribution®, the National Association of Chemical Distributors’ (NACD) mandatory third-party verification environmental, health, safety, and security program. Producers Chemical Company is a member in good standing of the association. 

“It was a pleasure to have Congressman Hultgren back at our facility today, nearly two years since his last visit” said Producers Chemical President and CEO Roger Harris. “As we celebrate the 25th anniversary of Responsible Distribution as members of NACD, it is imperative our policymakers understand how chemical distribution works and the ways distributors like Producers are working to keep our communities and employees safe while also contributing to our local economy. Having Congressman Hultgren at our facility again served as an important opportunity to talk about these issues and also the challenges our business and our industry faces.”
