This session will highlight the Legislative and Regulatory priorities in 2025 that may impact your Responsible Distribution programs and review resources are available to you for continuous improvement through Code VI and industry advocacy.

9:45 - 10:30 am	RD23 - Program Review and Non-Conformance Findings ASK Distribution Consulting, LLC Staff As we are officially two years into the RD23 program, let’s review some of the prevailing trends when it comes to verifications and non-conformance data.
10:30 - 11:30 am	Internal Audits Speaker: Peter Downing, Environment & Safety Solutions (ESS) Internal Audits are an integral part of continuous improvement for your operations as well as Responsible Distribution programs. This session will dive deep into the requirements of Code X: Internal Audits, providing hands-on training on what is expected for conducting internal audits as well as tools and takeaways for how to improve your internal audit program. Whether you have one facility, are a multi-site operation, or use contracted third-party warehouses, this workshop will help you to get the most out of internal audits.
11:30 am - 12:15 pm	Internal Audits Exercise Facilitated by: ESS and ASK Staff Let’s apply what we just learned! This session will be an interactive activity to strengthen your internal auditing skills.

12:45 - 1:30 pm	Ohio Chemistry and Technology Council Speaker: Jennifer Klein, Ohio Chemistry and Technology Council (OCTC) Join Jennifer Klein, OCTC’s President, for an introduction to OCTC, a review of the top issues facing chemical companies in Ohio and highlight available resources. This session will also discuss OCTC Safety and Sustainability Committee, and the work being done to support continuous improvement in environmental, health, safety, security, and sustainability practices in the chemical industry
1:30 - 2:15 pm	Safely Delivered Speaker: Joesph Bianchini, PVS Chemicals, Inc. From the foundation to current innovations, this session will review the key components of safely transporting chemicals through the supply chain.
2:15 - 2:45 pm	Fishbowl/Roundtable Discussions Facilitated by: ASK Staff This session will break attendees into small groups for a practical discussion focusing on key topics from sessions presented during the workshop. These small group discussions will allow attendees to further explore best practices, share ideas, and build upon the knowledge gained earlier in the day.
