How Leading a Sales Team Requires More Out of You Leadership, especially sales leadership, is challenging. Why can’t people just do their jobs? Every leader has asked that question more than once, but sales leaders know deeply that the sales results of their team tell a story about them as a leader. And ensuring that the story is positive always comes down to results. In this session we will discuss the evolution of sales results, especially in uncertain and/or changing market conditions. We will also discuss the reality that WE are the only people we can change. We can inspire others, lead them, motivate them, coach them, but real change can only happen when we choose it. The secret is being a sales leader that can get their team to choose AWARENESS, EVALUATION, and ADAPTATION as a part of their everyday actions. |
